The company has signed an Agreement to acquire a 50 % Working Interest in a 5 million acre permit In the Georgina Basin, located in the State of Queensland, Australia. The permit contains more than one million acres of prospective Arthur Creek Shale. As confirmed by a recent well to the West of this permit, the area contains positive shows of oil and gas in the Arthur Creek Shale. The Arthur Creek Shale is a superior look alike to the Bakken Shale which is an area of intense drilling in the Williston Basin of North America. The West and East offset Operators have projected significant oil and gas reserve estimates.

Offshore
The Company has acquired royalty holdings in 155,676 acres in the Gippsland Basin. This Basin contains some of the largest fields in the world and wells that are world record Producers. One well in the Halibut Field has produced 60 million bbls. of oil — a world record. Many TCF of natural gas have been produced from fields in this Basin. The company is currently receiving natural gas royalties from the prolific P-54 Permit which contains 155,676 acres. The Permit is located offshore to the state of Victoria, Australia.

Onshore
The Company has acquired royalty holdings in almost two million acres in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin. To date, this Basin has produced a total of 11 Trillion cubic feet of natural gas and 450 million barrels of oil have been discovered.
