About Fairbridge-1 Well: The Fairbridge-1 well was drilled in January 2006. The Fairbridge-1 was drilled on a twin seismograph high across the lease line from the Keleary-2 well. The Keleary-2 has produced approximately $60,000,000 worth of oil at today's prices. Following encouraging hydrocarbon signs in the Birkhead and Poolowanna formations, the well was cased and suspended with the intention of coming back at a later date to fully appraise the zones of interest via cased-hole production tests. At the time of drilling Fairbridge-1, the open-hole production test equipment failed and so the zones of interest could not be open-hole production tested at that time. The cased-hole production testing program is expected to take approximately two weeks to fully test the three zones of interest. Final evaluation of the data acquired during the evaluation of the well identified three zones of interest for cased hole production test as identified below. The zones are being tested deepest first. The Fairbridge-1 is a key test of the hydrocarbon prospectively west of the Keleary and Telopea oil fields. Evaluations would indicate that should Keleary be filled to spill as expected then the oil may have migrated through Keleary and into the Fairbridge structure. Should Fairbridge-1 demonstrate the presence of productive hydrocarbons then there are a large number of immediate follow-up targets, which has the potential to open up a new productive region on PEL 100.
