International TME Resources Inc. reports that its Australian oil & gas royalty interests now total more than 3 million acres

Dallas, Texas, Friday, December 19, 2003 - International TME Resources Inc. announces that it has acquired royalty interests in two additional onshore oil and gas permits located in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin in South Australia. The permits contain 506,811 acres and 372,633 acres, respectively. The two oil & gas permits contain numerous structures identified by sub-surface mapping using seismic data.

The acquisition brings TME royalty and W.I. holdings in Australia to 3,075,007 acres Onshore in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin and 214,896 acres located Offshore in the Gippsland Basin, Bass Straits.

Management is pleased to report that the company has now achieved significant royalty interest holdings in two of the most prolific oil and gas basins in Australia.
