International TME Resources Inc. reports that it has acquired an additional oil & gas royalty interest in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin located in South Australia, Australia

Dallas, Texas, Wednesday, February 18, 2004 - International TME Resources Inc. announces that it has acquired a royalty interest in a 292,819 acre oil & gas permit located in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin in South Australia, Australia. The permit, PEL 111, is located onshore and near one of the largest fields in the Basin. The permit contains large structures identified by seismic data. The Operator for the permit is Victoria Petroleum, NL.

The Operator is scheduled to drill a well in June 2004.

Adjacent oil & gas producing fields production:

Fly Lake Oil and Gas Fields: 921,525 BBLS. OIL and 595.32 BCF of GAS

Moorarui Oil and Gas Field: 3,548,624 BBLS. OIL and 26.115 BCF of GAS

Tirrawarra Oil and Gas Field: The largest field in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin with estimated recoverable reserves of 70 MILLION BBLS. of OIL and 340 BCF of GAS.

The block is located in one of the lower risk areas for exploration in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin.

The permit is located in close proximity to infrastructure such as gathering lines and trucking facilities.

TME Onshore royalty holdings now total 3,621,123 acres. Offshore royalty holdings total 214,896 acres.
