International TME Resources Inc. reports that it has acquired additional oil and gas royalty interests in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin located in South Australia.

Dallas, Texas, Thursday, February 5, 2004 - International TME Resources Inc. announces that it has formed a joint venture to hold certain oil and gas royalty interests in a 273,297 acre permit located in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin, Onshore, South Australia, Australia. TME will earn a 15% carried interest in the Joint Venture. The Operator for the permit is Victoria Petroleum, NL.

The oil & gas permit is divided into six parts and surrounds the most prolific fields in the Basin.

Adjacent producing fields and production to date are:

Dullingari 316 BCF of Gas and 10 Million Bbls. of oil.

Toolachee 402 BCF of Gas and 21 Million Bbls. of Oil.

Della 712 BCF of Gas

The TME royalty blocks represent the lowest risk area for exploration in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin.

Initial studies of available data have identified over 30 leads and prospects with both oil and gas potential.

A series of wells are planned for the six areas in the block. A total of 13 wells are planned initially, with the first group of wells to begin drilling in June of 2004. The company believes that the blocks will develop out to more than 30 wells and provide significant cash flow.

The wells are located in close proximity to infrastructure such as gathering lines and trucking facilities.

TME Onshore royalty holdings now total 3,328,304 acres. Offshore royalty holdings total 214,896 acres.
