International TME Resources, Inc. Increases Size of MEGA WEST to 28,000 Acres

Dallas, Texas, —(BUSINESS WIRE)— Tuesday February 6, 2007 — International TME Resources Inc. (OTC:ITME — News) is pleased to report the acquisition of an additional 3,036 acres for the Trinity Sands (Mega West) Project. The project now consists of 28,332 acres, more or less. Additional acreage is being acquired. The Trinity Sands project is located West-North West of San Antonio in Edwards County, Texas.

The joint venture partner, Mega West Energy, Corp. (OTC-MGWSF) reports that a $27 million private placement has been completed. Funds reserved for the Trinity Sands project ensures the initial capital requirements are met. The project manager and support personnel are in place and plans are being finalized to begin core drilling.

The project acreage is projected to contain more than 48 Million Barrels of recoverable oil per each 640-acre section. Total recoverable reserves are now estimated in excess of 1.8 Billion Barrels of oil.
