Company Update

DALLAS—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Friday, May 2, 2007, 2007—International TME Resources Inc., (OTC:ITME — News) is pleased to report that an amended agreement was signed with its Joint Venture partners to test four cased holes drilled by the Joint Venture. Three of the holes will be tested for the Trinity Oil Sands and one well will test a Strawn gas sand.

The Joint Venture is exploring for heavy oil and natural gas on a block of 33,962 acres, more or less, located in Edwards Co., Texas.

Australia
ITME has onshore royalty and working interest holdings in 4,281,123 acres in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin in South Australia. Offshore Australia royalty interest in the Gippsland Basin total 370,572 acres.
