News Releases Friday, May 21, 2004 International TME Resources Inc. reports that it has acquired a Royalty Interest in a 640,000 acre oil & gas permit located in the Cooper Basin in the state of Queensland, Australia Dallas, Texas, Friday, May 21, 2004 - International TME Resources Inc. announces that it has acquired a royalty interest in a 640,000-acre oil & gas permit located in the Cooper Basin in the state of Queensland, Australia. The permit, ATP 636 is located onshore and adjacent to several oil and gas fields. The permit contains many large structures identified by seismic data. The Operator for the permit is Liberty Petroleum. Adjacent oil & gas producing field's production has been from 65 wells. The wells initially flowed at high production rates. Examples are; 3,904 B.O.P.D., 1,060 B.O.PD., 2,412 B.O.P.D., 2,807 B.O.P.D., 1,212 B.O.P.D., 1,030 B.O.P.D., 1,320 B.O.P.D. and 2,520 B.O.P.D. A recent well located to the southwest of ATP 636 flowed 4,638 B.O.P.D. The block is located in one of the lower risk areas for oil exploration in the Cooper Basin. The permit is located in close proximity to infrastructure such as gathering lines and trucking facilities. TME onshore royalty holdings now total 3,968,304 acres. Offshore royalty holdings total 214,896 acres. The total royalty and working interest holdings for all of Australia now total 4,183,200 acres.
