The President and C.E.O. of TME is J. Allen White. He also serves on the Board of Directors as Chairman. Mr. White is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin. He served in various engineering capacities early in his career. He has been involved in oil and gas exploration for 25 years. He has acted as a petroleum consultant, drilling contractor and as an Operator. He has discovered one major gas field in the Ft. Worth Basin and has extended several fields in Oklahoma. Mr. White directs all activities of TME in the exploration for natural gas and oil.

Mr. Griffin is mining engineer and geologist, knowledgeable in hydrocarbon deposits. His knowledge of sedimentary basin geology is a valuable addition to the company's evaluation of projects.

Mr. Wilson is a businessman with many years of experience in various business entities. His knowledge and guidance is a valuable asset to the company in planning and implementation of corporate strategy.
